Maura Bode – Chairwoman
I am Maura and I am a first year student Mechanical Engineering. In my spare time, I dance Latin, Ballroom and Salsa. Furthermore, I am a member of TSAC and I enjoy bouldering.
I joined in with the trial lessons for Salsa, because I wanted to try something new. I really enjoyed these lessens, and quickly afterwards, I joined 4 happy feet. Later on, I also started with Ballroom dancing, after I learned all the basic steps at the Halloween party.
After having danced for a year, I can say that the cha-cha is my favourite dance. Apart from my liking of the cha-cha, I also have a great liking for chocolate. Milk chocolate with praline creme is my favorite.

Hey all!
My name is Jasper and I’m 20 years old. I am currently in my second year of applied physics. Next to studying I like to listen to music, run, do crochet and do even more physics, because I unfortunately don’t have
time for anything else. I also like to have a drink with my friends, watch a movie together or go skiing.
I started dancing ballroom D this year, because I already did a trial lesson the year before and really enjoyed that! Unfortunately I didn’t have time in my first year of studying, so I joined in my second. I really enjoyed my first year in 4 happy feet, so I wanted to become more active and contribute something to the association, that’s why I liked to become a board member!
What’s my favorite dance you asked? At the moment it probably is either the Jive or the Tango. But that changes every month or so, so please ask me next year. 🙂 I heard that my favorite chocolate was the most important part of this text, so I’ll try to go into that a bit more. It probably is the Tony Chocolonely confetti, because I just love the vibe, other great ones are caramel sea salt or just basic milk chocolate.
I’m really looking forward to next year and hope I can get to meet loads of new amazing people!

Hey everyone,
I’m Marit, I’m 19 years old and finishing my first year of Applied Physics. Next to studying and dancing, I ride horses once every 2 weeks and I enjoy drawing or sewing something when I can find the time.
I started dancing Ballroom D in September. When I moved to Enschede I really wanted to continue to dance, since I had done ballet for most my life, but I did want to try out different types of dances. I really enjoyed both the type of dance and the atmosphere at 4 happy feet, which lead me to where I am now! If I had to pick a favourite dance, I think that it’d be the Slow Waltz at the moment, but this changes often! My favourite type of chocolate, however, doesn’t change as often and has been sweet white chocolate for quite a while now.
I wanted to become more active in the association next year, and so I became interested in doing board. I love graphs, so I’ll be going for the position of treasurer!
